Electrical Safety Course

Operating around fallen, damaged or suspect power lines can be part of emergency service response, especially during flood operations. SOG Members are likely to have a greater exposure to these hazards, and knowing what to do and not to do, and how to stay safe is a key part of our risk mitigation.

All SOG Members are required to complete this training, and are therefore automatically enrolled in to it. However all Members can benefit from its lessons and may undertake this short but valuable online course.
