Following the announcement by the Premier of NSW on 27 January that restrictions will be easing across Greater Sydney from Friday 29 January, Marine Rescue NSW will now move to Level 1 Risk Management Protocols across all units.

This change means MR units in Greater Sydney and the units in Hunter / Central Coast and Illawarra regions that are currently on Level 2 will move to Level 1 effective Saturday 30 January 2021.
