Seahawk Testing Bug Reporting

Use this page to follow links to report Seahawk and App bugs while testing. Bug reports will be recorded in the MRNSW Servicedesk system. Log into Servicedesk.mrnsw.com.au to view all current open bug reports.

There are three ways to raise a bug report:

  • Completing an online form.
  • Emailing the Servicedesk.
  • Raising a ticket in the Servicedesk.

Completing an online form

To complete a Servicedesk form, click on the following link:

Emailing the Servicedesk

To send an email with the bug, simply send an email to support@marinerescuensw.com.au with the subject header containing the word seahawkbug

Raising a ticket in the Servicedesk

Log into https://servicedesk.mrnsw.com.au

Open a ticket and select “Seahawk or App Bugs” for the ticket category.

Complete the ticket and click “add”
