We are pleased to be able to bring you the Constitution of Volunteer Marine Rescue NSW as lodged with ASIC on July 1st 2009 and formally adopted by the Facilitation Group on July 4th 2009. The Constitution was amended after an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 17th April 2010.

The Facilitation Committee would like to thank all those community members who submitted 230 items for discussion and consideration on the Draft Constitution for Marine Rescue NSW. It is pleasing to see so many people taking an active interest in the foundation of this new volunteer marine rescue organisation.
