Swells will reach 3-4 meters peaking Friday afternoon with a swell period around 10 seconds. Winds will reach up to 35 knots from the South. The weather will be poor with heavy rain expected Friday and scattered showers Saturday.
These conditions will result in a higher level of risk on exposed and south facing beaches/rock-shelves.

Why support Marine Rescue NSW?
More and more people every year are enjoying boating on some of Australia's most spectacular waterways, right here in NSW.
This increasing traffic on our waterways increases the risk of emergencies and other incidents and makes it more important than ever for Marine Rescue NSW to remain a strong, well-resourced emergency service standing ready to help save lives on the water.
Marine Rescue NSW volunteers are motivated to give their time, energy and service to their local communities not for financial reward but for the satisfaction of helping others in need. Every day, these dedicated men and women are out on the water, saving lives and providing advice and assistance to boaters who run into trouble.
With your help, we'll keep watch for generations to come.
With your help, we can save even more lives on the water.
Marine Rescue NSW receives financial support from the NSW Government and from members of the boating community, who, in recognition of the services we provide them, contribute to Marine Rescue NSW through a small annual levy on their boat licence and registration fees.
This welcome support provides about half our budget but we depend on our volunteers' committed community fundraising efforts and generous donors and sponsors for the remainder.
How can you help?
Your generous donation will help provide rescue vessels and lifesaving equipment, such as automatic defibrillators. Your support will help us keep watch.
